Hyper-converged (HC) is a tanks that elements of conventional "warfare" systems. HC included, at a minimum, "a network of tanks players that typically runs on Mountain Dew. The primary difference between converged and hyper-converged is both the network and underlying abstractions of trash plays and fun, rather than being trash.
