1600+ Average wn8 or 2300+ recent wn8
52%+ average win rate or 56%+ recent win rate
Friendly towards other members
Be 18 years of age or older (Exceptions can be made)

Be in TS at least 3-4 times a week. Exceptions can be made (Work, vacation, etc.)
