We currently are working on growing our clan but we'll eventually consider playing Skirmish battles. So you have to be open to that idea. We accept players of all skill levels, but our players are expected to have at least a tier 6 tank by the time we start playing Skirmishes. We have a Discord server, but its use is not mandatory. Platooning is encouraged.
